In Sneek bij Dr. Wumkeshûs werk je met bewoners waarbij gedrag allesbepalend kan zijn: soms onvoorspelbaar, soms uitdagend, altijd interessant. Dat vraagt dat je snel denkt en keuzes durft te maken. Geen standaard functie, maar één waarin je zichtbaar verschil maakt voor bewoners, collega's en de kwaliteit van zorg. Open tot: 31 oktober 2026 Wat kun je verwachten? Als afdelingsverpleegkundige werk je op twee afdelingen binnen Dr. Wumkeshûs. Hier wonen zo'n dertig bewoners met somatische, psychogeriatrische en gerontopsychiatrische problematiek. Vertrouwen opbouwen kost tijd, bewoners kunnen je grenzen testen. Juist daar zit de uitdaging: jij blijft rustig, kijkt verder dan het gedrag en zoekt naar wat iemand nodig heeft. - Slotermeer: bewoners zijn kwetsbaar en snel overprikkeld. Jij en je collega's zorgen voor rust, veiligheid en overzicht. Je bent zorgend en toedekkend, je neemt over waar nodig. - Tjeukemeer: bewoners hebben behoefte aan balans en hulp bij grip op hun dag te houden. Je helpt met structuren, ook ben je consequent en stuur je bij. Wat bieden wij? Dr. Wumkeshûs ligt midden in Sneek en is sterk verbonden met de wijk. Bewoners blijven actief in het dagelijks leven, het is een bruisende locatie om te werken. De onvoorspelbaarheid van de doelgroep maakt je werk uitdagend en interessant. Door je rol heb je invloed op de zorg en ruimte om je werk zelf vorm te geven.
