Ben jij gepassioneerd door auto's, communicatief sterk en krijg je energie van het bezorgen van een 'WAW-gevoel' bij klanten? Voor onze klant in Antwerpen Noord zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en commerciële Afleveringsadviseur.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

  • Voorbereiding & Controle: Je zorgt dat het voertuig spik-en-span klaarstaat en controleert alle documenten, accessoires en opties.
  • De Aflevering & Uitleg: Je verwelkomt de klant enthousiast, legt de nieuwste technologieën/functies van de wagen helder uit en beantwoordt al hun vragen.
  • Naverkoop & Assistance: Je informeert de klant over de naverkoopdienst, stelt de juiste contactpersonen voor en legt het Assistance-programma uit.
  • Commerciële Feeling: Waar passend adviseer je de klant over handige extra’s, zoals accessoires, verlengde waarborgen of servicecontracten.
  • Inname Overnamewagens: Je inspecteert ingeleverde voertuigen nauwkeurig, vergelijkt ze met de inkoopovereenkomst en volgt eventuele schade correct op.
  • Administratie & Afstemming: Je stemt de planning af met de werkplaats, poetsdienst en verkoop, en zorgt dat de dossiers administratief piekfijn in orde zijn.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met auto's, bent representatief en klantgericht ingesteld.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Oog voor detail bij inspecties, administratie en planning.
  • Je beschikt over een Rijbewijs B en de nodige rijervaring om voertuigen veilig te verplaatsen.
  • Minimaal een A2-diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Ervaring in de automotive, sales of klantenservice is een plus, geen must!
  • Je werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving met variërende planningen (shifts tussen 08:00 en 19:00 op weekdagen).
