De agendaplanner waar naar op zoek zijn zal per regio klanten en prospecten opbellen om een afspraak vast te leggen voor een van de vertegenwoordigers

Concreet ziet het takenpakket er als volgt uit:

  • Je voert het eerste commerciële gesprek met de klant of prospect en geeft hen meer informatie over de producten die het bedrijf aanbiedt;
  • Wanneer de klant interesse toont, plan je een afspraak in, in de agenda van een vertegenwoordiger. Je krijgt hiervoor de nodige tools en hulpmiddelen;
  • Je werkt 30 - 38 u per week, vrij te kiezen.
  • Je registreert alles op de correcte manier in het CRM-pakket;
  • Als afsprakenplanner sta je zelf in voor het beheer van de data en je organiseert jouw werkdag zo goed mogelijk;
  • De vertegenwoordigers kunnen op jou rekenen voor een goed gevulde agenda;
  • Dankzij jouw kennis en knowhow plan je steeds een goede mix van kwaliteitsvolle afspraken in.

Ervaring of specifieke opleiding niet vereist; interne begeleiding voor on-the-job leren wordt geboden.
