In deze rol geef je leiding aan de Service Adviseurs, de Chef Werkplaats en het magazijn. Je staat dicht bij je team, zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen de verschillende disciplines en bewaakt de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van onze aftersalesactiviteiten. Daarnaast ben je samen met je collega's een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten als het gaat om onderhoud en reparatie. Zo zorg je samen met je team voor een optimale klantbeleving én een soepel draaiende aftersalesafdeling. Jouw deskundigheid en ambitie - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de aftersales in de automotive sector; - Sterke leiderschaps- en coachings-vaardigheden; - MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Aantal jaar werkervaring als Service Adviseur in de automotive en toe aan een volgende stap - Commercieel, klantgericht en resultaatgericht; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Rijbewijs B is wel praktisch! - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden; - Stressbestendigheid en vermogen om het overzicht te behouden; - Een gezellig gesprek: we maken graag op een laagdrempelige manier kennis met je; - Flexibiliteit: we denken met je mee en zoeken samen naar wat ervoor zorgt dat jij écht blij bent in je rol; - Vrijheid en vertrouwen: je krijgt de ruimte om jouw rol op jouw manier in te vullen...
