Start nu als After Sales Medewerker bij een innovatief technisch productiebedrijf in de regio Mill. In deze rol ben jij dé schakel tussen klant en organisatie en krijg je volop kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Als After Sales Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten na de aankoop van onze producten. Je behandelt uiteenlopende vragen, lost technische problemen op en denkt actief mee over hoe we onze service continu kunnen verbeteren. Jouw doel is om iedere klant een uitstekende ervaring te bieden, zelfs als het even tegenzit. Een gemiddelde werkdag is afwisselend en uitdagend: je beantwoordt klantvragen per telefoon en e-mail, verwerkt orders en garantieclaims, en schakelt met collega's van productie, logistiek en engineering. Je analyseert klantdata, signaleert terugkerende issues en werkt mee aan structurele oplossingen. Tegelijkertijd zorg je ervoor dat alles administratief goed geregistreerd wordt in ons ERP-systeem. Pak jij graag de regie, denk je altijd in oplossingen en ben je stressbestendig? Dan nodigen we je uit om te solliciteren. Jij krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, je ideeën uit te voeren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een internationale en groeiende organisatie. Persoonlijke kenmerken - Minimaal mbo- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau - 1 tot 10 jaar relevante werkervaring (junior, medior, senior) - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling - Ervaring met ERP-systemen (zoals Exact of SAP) - In staat om technische tekeningen te lezen (bijv.
