Jobomschrijving

Ben jij die klantgerichte persoon met technisch inzicht en een praktische hands-on mentaliteit? Lees dan zeker verder en wie weet word jij de nieuwe aftersales representative?

Wat zal je doen?

  • Je behandelt en volgt after-sales vragen op via mail, telefoon en videocall.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en helpt klanten bij het zoeken naar een oplossing.
  • Je volgt de retours, herstellingen en bestellingen van wisselstukken op.
  • Het correct verwerken van klantendossiers.
  • Voor een vlotte werking, werk je samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen.
  • Indien nodig, monteer en demonteer je zelf producten aan de hand van montagedocumenten.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht, administratief sterk en je kan logisch redeneren.
  • Je stelt de klant centraal, communiceert vlot en gaat steeds op zoek naar passende oplossingen.
  • Goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Zo kan je met alle klanten communiceren.
  • Ervaring in customer service, after sales of een technische functie is een groot pluspunt!
  • Absoluut geen vereiste maar ervaring met montage is mooi meegenomen.
