Als callcenter-medewerker ga je aan de slag via een tijdelijke opdracht als uitzendkracht.

Jouw taken

· Jij maakt het verschil voor onze klanten met je luisterend oor & je klantgerichte houding.

· In ons dynamisch callcenter zijn jouw enthousiasme en inzet van onschatbare waarde. Het is jouw drive en de wil om elke dag het beste van jezelf te geven voor onze klanten.

· Klantenvragen beantwoorden via telefoon, mail of chat over zendingen, diensten en tarieven.

· Problemen en klachten oplossen zoals vertraagde of verloren pakketten, en klanten geruststellen.

· Administratieve opvolging doen van klantendossiers en correcte registratie in het systeem.

· Werken met interne tools en sterke communicatie in Nederlands & Engels. Frans is een plus.

Nederlands en Engels vlot spreken, lezen en schrijven

· In deze functie heb je veel sociale contacten, daar haal jij plezier uit. Je bent klantvriendelijk en stressbestendig.

· Je kan een blanco uittreksel van het strafregister voorleggen

· Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt.

· Je beheerst MS office & andere relevante toepassingen.

· Als echte teamspeler ben je vlot in de omgang en luistervaardig.

Geen verlof gepland in juli, augustus en september

Werkuren tussen 8u-18u + structureel zaterdagwerk (2/3 dagen per week i.p.v. Weekdag)

Je kan vlot tot Sint-Niklaas geraken.
