Ago Jobs & HR Tessenderlo is op zoek naar een straler/metalliseur voor een bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het poederlakken van aluminium, staal en verzinkt staal.

  • Dagdienst Functieomschrijving: Je job begint met het stralen van stukken met straalkorrels. Door te stralen maak je het materiaal proper: je haalt er roest, vuil, olie en oude lagen af. Je zorgt er ook voor dat het oppervlak ruw genoeg is zodat we er later goed kunnen op metalliseren of coaten Jouw hoofdtaak: kleine én grote stukken stralen (poortvleugels, palen, profielen, ...). De magazijnier zet alles voor jou klaar op de karren. Jij moet vooral zorgen dat alles correct gestraald wordt Je moet een werkorder kunnen lezen en begrijpen. Je checkt of alles klopt en compleet is zodat het materiaal juist naar de volgende afdeling vertrekt. Die controle is jouw verantwoordelijkheid

Wat verwachten we van u:

  • Je hebt op zijn minst een eerste ervaring opgebouwd als straler en/of metalliseur
  • Je kunt een werkorder lezen en begrijpen, en je ziet snel of er iets niet klopt
  • Je bent iemand die hard werkt en zijn handen graag uit de mouwen steekt
  • Netheid, kwaliteit en vlot werken vind je belangrijk
  • Je kunt goed samenwerken met collega's
  • Je kent de materialen, machines en het gereedschap dat je gaat gebruiken, of je bent bereid dit te leren
  • Je kent de veiligheidsregels of je houdt je er strikt aan zodra je ze geleerd hebt Wat ga je doen?
  • Dit is zwaar, fysiek werk. Je werkt in een klein team, dus je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je controleert zelf de stukken die je doet en je werkt precies. Klein onderhoud aan de straalinstallatie doe je ook zelf Persoonlijke vaardigheden
  • Goed kunnen samenwerken en anderen helpen
  • Vooruitdenken en initiatief nemen
  • Klantgericht werken
  • Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie is het belangrijkste
