Waar het platform voorheen voornamelijk werd ingezet voor IT Service Management, werken we inmiddels aan de doorontwikkeling richting Customer Service Management, Enterprise Workflows, AI-agents en intelligente automatisering. Daarom zoeken wij een ervaren ServiceNow AI Developer die niet alleen ontwikkelt, maar ook richting geeft aan de verdere groei van het platform. Iemand die ons pad voor inzet van AI versnelt en daarmee een belangrijk bijdrage levert aan verhoogde efficiency en betere gebruikersvriendelijkheid voor onze interne medewerkers. Verder zet jij jouw ervaring en analytisch denkvermogen in bij het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van oplossingen binnen het ServiceNow-platform. Je werkt nauw samen met Product Owners, architecten en business stakeholders binnen heel BDO. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontwikkelen en configureren van oplossingen binnen oa. ITSM en CSM - Het realiseren van integraties met Microsoft-, data- en bedrijfsapplicaties. - Het implementeren van AI-functionaliteit binnen ServiceNow. - Het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van Agentic A...
