Deine zukünftige Rolle * Du konzipierst, entwickelst und integrierst KI-gestützte Lösungen in unsere bestehenden Applikationen - von Machine Learning und NLP über Document AI bis hin zu generativer KI und LLM-Features. * Du entwickelst Proof-of-Concepts und Prototypen, evaluierst neue KI-Technologien und Use Cases und optimierst bzw. adaptierst KI-Modelle für konkrete Anforderungen, beispielsweise mittels Fine-Tuning. * Du bringst KI-Anwendungen vom Prototypen in den produktiven Betrieb und verantwortest dabei Deployment, Monitoring, Wartung und laufende Optimierung. * Du analysierst und strukturierst Daten, entwickelst darauf aufbauend technische Lösungsansätze und konzipierst sowie betreust Daten- und KI-/ML-Pipelines. * Gemeinsam mit unseren Fachabteilungen übersetzt du fachliche Anforderungen in technische Lösungskonzepte und setzt diese eigenständig in praxistaugliche KI-Lösungen um. * Du übernimmst Verantwortung für KI-Arbeitspakete und Teilprojekte und arbeitest dabei eng mit der Geschäftsführung, Product Ownern, Fachabteilungen und weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen.

Unsere Anforderungen an dich Wir suchen nach einer Person, die nicht nur fachlich überzeugt, sondern auch gut in unser Team passt. Die folgenden Fähigkeiten sind uns wichtig - aber auch wenn du nicht alle Kenntnisse erfüllst, freuen wir uns über deine Bewerbung:

* Eine abgeschlossene technische bzw. informationstechnische Ausbildung oder einen einschlägigen Hochschulabschluss, z. B. in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Informatik o. Ä., sowie mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich KI, Machine Learning oder Data Science. * Praktische Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Entwicklung und Integration von KI- und Machine-Learning-Lösungen, insbesondere im Bereich generativer KI und Large Language Models (LLMs), z. B. ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral oder Llama. * Erfahrung in der Evaluierung und Weiterentwicklung generativer KI-Systeme und LLMs, insbesondere in der systematischen Bewertung der Qualität und Leistungsfähigkeit von Modellen und finegetunten Modellen. * Fundierte Kenntnisse in relevanten KI-Bereichen wie Machine Learning, NLP, Document AI, Datenanalyse und statistischer Modellierung sowie Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Python. Kenntnisse in der lokalen Bereitstellung und im Fine-Tuning von KI-Modellen sind von Vorteil. * Du begeisterst dich für KI und neue Technologien, denkst lösungsorientiert und hast Freude daran, innovative Ideen in die Praxis umzusetzen. Dabei arbeitest du eigenständig und strukturiert, übernimmst Verantwortung und bringst eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit. * Du verfügst über solide Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Interessiert? Der IT-Kollektivvertrag sieht ein Bruttomindestgehalt pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5h) von EUR 3.267 (Einstiegsstufe) bzw. EUR 3.954 (Regelstufe) vor, wobei bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung besteht.
