De Manager AI & Innovation is één van de primaire change-agents van Athora. Het is iemand die mensen mee krijgt, is in zijn/haar element op verschillende plekken in de Athora organisatie en is een echte verbinder tussen business en IT. Deze rol is sterk gericht op het realiseren van concrete waarde uit AI- en innovatie-initiatieven; om van ideeën naar oplossingen in beheer bij andere teams te komen die waarde realiseren voor Athora NL. Wat je over ons moet weten? Wij zijn Athora Netherlands, een verzekeringsbedrijf met de bekende merken Zwitserleven en Reaal. Wij houden ons voornamelijk bezig met pensioenen en levensverzekeringen op de Nederlandse markt. Dat doen wij als onderdeel van een Europese groep met vestigingen in Ierland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, België, Duitsland en Italië. Wij zijn een sterk bedrijf met ruim één miljoen klanten en we willen de komende jaren doorgroeien tot een van de belangrijkste spelers in de snel veranderende pensioenmarkt. Waar het Data & AI Office verantwoordelijk is voor data- en AI-governance en Architecture richting, samenhang en kaders biedt voor de toekomstige inrichting van Athora, richt AI & Innovation zich op het realiseren van vernieuwing en waardecreatie.
