Die Abteilung AI Strategy & Engineering im Bereich R&D verantwortet die strategische Ausrichtung und technische Umsetzung von KI-Initiativen im Unternehmen. Sie identifiziert relevante KI-Use-Cases, entwickelt skalierbare Lösungen und begleitet deren Umsetzung bis in den Produktivbetrieb - im Einklang mit Unternehmenszielen, Governance-Vorgaben und regulatorischen Anforderungen.

* Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich die Bearbeitung von Entwicklungsprojekten im KI-Umfeld - von Konzeption bis Umsetzung

* Sie unterstützen das Team bei der Implementierung und Integration von KI-Lösungen in bestehende Systeme und Prozesse

* Sie entwickeln und pflegen Schnittstellen sowie Systemintegrationen, um einen reibungslosen Datenaustausch sicherzustellen

* Sie führen Tests durch, übernehmen Debugging und sorgen für eine nachvollziehbare technische Dokumentation

* Sie beraten Fachbereiche technisch und wirken aktiv in interdisziplinären Projektteams mit

IHR PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung, sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer modernen Programmiersprache (z. B. Python, Java, C#)

* Praxis in der Entwicklung und Nutzung von APIs sowie im Umgang mit relationalen und/oder NoSQL-Datenbanken

* Erfahrung mit AI-Assisted Coding (z. B. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium) und Offenheit für neue Technologien

* Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in KI- und Machine-Learning-Konzepten, kombiniert mit analytischem Denken und selbstständiger, strukturierter Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke sowie großes Interesse an Künstlicher Intelligenz
