Takenpakket

Als Data Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en optimaliseren van productinformatie binnen het PIM-systeem. Je fungeert als schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat alle productdata correct, volledig en up-to-date beschikbaar is.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het verzamelen, controleren en invoeren van productgegevens in het PIM-systeem.
  • Het opzoeken van ontbrekende informatie in nauwe samenwerking met productie, marketing, sales, planning, kwaliteit en aftersales.
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit en volledigheid van alle productdata.
  • Het opstellen en valideren van commerciële en productgerelateerde databestanden.
  • Het afstemmen van productinformatie op de verschillende afdelingen en toepassingen binnen de organisatie.
  • Het signaleren van optimalisaties binnen het PIM-proces en deze bespreken met de business analyst en IT.
  • Het mee ondersteunen van digitale transformatieprojecten waarbij correcte productdata centraal staat.

Profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een analytische en nauwkeurige kandidaat die graag samenwerkt met verschillende interne stakeholders.

  • Diploma: Bachelor of master.
  • Ervaring: Bij voorkeur beschik je over een eerste relevante ervaring binnen data management of masterdata (in een productieomgeving).
  • Talenkennis: Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands. Goede kennis van het Engels. Extra talen zijn een pluspunt.
  • IT-kennis: Goede basiskennis van MS Office. Ervaring met een PIM-systeem is een plus.
  • Persoonlijkheidskenmerken: Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. Je bent analytisch ingesteld en ziet snel verbanden. Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne afdelingen. Je durft initiatief te nemen en bent voldoende assertief om informatie tijdig op te vragen. Je denkt graag mee over procesverbeteringen en digitalisering.
