Voor een toonaangevende internationale organisatie binnen de IT-sector zijn we op zoek naar een Finance Representative Credit Control (m/v/x).

Vanuit de regio Aalst kom je terecht in een stabiele, mensgerichte werkomgeving waar innovatie, teamwork en welzijn centraal staan. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht finance team en krijgt de kans om een belangrijke rol te spelen in het beheren van klantrisico's en het optimaliseren van financiële processen.

Jouw rol & takenpakket

Als Finance Representative Credit Control ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, opvolgen en beheren van klantkredieten en financiële risico's. Je combineert financiële inzichten met een sterke affiniteit voor data en rapportering.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Het opvolgen en analyseren van kredietlimieten en financiële risico's bij klanten.
  • Het beoordelen en aanpassen van kredietlimieten binnen de vooropgestelde richtlijnen.
  • Het beheren en actualiseren van financiële data in verschillende systemen.
  • Het opstellen van rapporteringen en analyses in Excel.
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit en correctheid van financiële gegevens.
  • Het nauw samenwerken met Sales, Finance en Credit Control collega's.
  • Het signaleren van risico's en het formuleren van voorstellen om processen verder te optimaliseren.
  • Het ondersteunen van beslissingen die bijdragen aan een gezonde cashflow en verdere commerciële groei.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een financiële of boekhoudkundige achtergrond.
  • Je kan financiële gegevens interpreteren en hebt inzicht in balansgerichte informatie.
  • Je werkt graag met cijfers, data en analyses.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Kennis van SAP of andere ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede basis Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, plichtsbewust en georganiseerd.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een veranderende omgeving en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een team.
