The posting

Als AI Portfolio Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken, realiseren en verder ontwikkelen van de AI-strategie. Je neemt het voortouw in de AI-werking en zorgt ervoor dat AI-projecten bijdragen aan tastbare bedrijfsresultaten.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • de AI-strategie ontwikkelt en uitvoert in nauwe samenwerking met de AI Stuurgroep en de AI Champions;
  • businessnoden vertaalt naar concrete AI-opportuniteiten en deze afstemt met IT en data-experts;
  • de AI-roadmap opstelt, prioriteiten bepaalt en deze overtuigend presenteert aan de AI Stuurgroep;
  • het centrale aanspreekpunt bent voor AI bij de klant en actief bouwt aan een sterke AI-community;
  • medewerkers inspireert en ondersteunt om AI op een doordachte en effectieve manier te gebruiken;
  • waakt over een verantwoord AI-beleid en ervoor zorgt dat richtlijnen rond privacy, GDPR, security en ethiek actueel blijven;
  • marktontwikkelingen en nieuwe AI-technologieën opvolgt en beoordeelt op hun relevantie;
  • interne en externe stakeholders samenbrengt en verschillende AI-trajecten coördineert;
  • AI-projecten van A tot Z begeleidt: van het identificeren van businessproblemen en use cases over proof of concept tot implementatie, adoptie en governance;
  • KPI's definieert en opvolgt om zowel de businessimpact als de adoptie van AI inzichtelijk te maken;
  • het AI-budget, de investeringen en het verbruik monitort en beheersbaar houdt;
  • rapporteert aan de CIO en de AI Stuurgroep.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een pragmatische aanpak en weet mensen mee te nemen in verandering. Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar technologie, innovatie en business elkaar versterken.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • een masterdiploma in Business, Data Science, Informatica of een vergelijkbare richting;
  • minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen complexe, cross-functionele organisaties;
  • aantoonbare ervaring met AI- of digitale transformatietrajecten;
  • een goed begrip van AI-technologieën en hun toepassingen binnen een bedrijfscontext;
  • ervaring in het zelfstandig leiden van meerdere projecten tegelijk;
  • een ondernemende, proactieve en resultaatgerichte mindset;
  • sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om structuur te brengen in complexe uitdagingen;
  • het talent om opportuniteiten te herkennen, haalbaarheid in te schatten en innovatieve oplossingen aan te reiken;
  • uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om stakeholders op verschillende niveaus te verbinden;
  • ervaring met het opstellen en rapporteren van KPI's;
  • flexibiliteit en een positieve houding ten opzichte van verandering;
  • een echte teamspirit: je weet wanneer je moet ondersteunen en wanneer je moet aansturen.

Ervaring met AI/ML, Microsoft 365 Copilot, data- en cloudplatformen en agile projectmanagement is een mooie troef.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
