The posting

  • Leidinggeven: je stuurt het exportteam van +-20 medewerkers aan en zorgt voor richting, motivatie en een goede samenwerking. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor personeelskwesties en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Klantencontact: je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten wereldwijd en onderhoudt een nauwe relatie met hen. Je denkt mee over hun noden en zoekt samen naar de meest geschikte operationele oplossing.
  • Luchtvaartmaatschappijen & leveranciers: je onderhoudt contacten met luchtvaartmaatschappijen en andere leveranciers en onderhandelt over operationele afspraken. Je vergelijkt verschillende mogelijkheden en zorgt ervoor dat het transport op een efficiënte manier wordt georganiseerd.
  • Boekhouding P&L: je staat in voor de boekhoudkundige opvolging van de exportafdeling, waaronder het registreren van inkomende facturen, opmaken van uitgaande facturen, inboeken van financiële gegevens en opvolgen van cijfers en statistieken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële resultaten van de exportafdeling.
  • Digitalisering: je werkt vlot met computers en verschillende softwareprogramma’s en volgt nieuwe digitale toepassingen binnen de luchtvracht op. Je beoordeelt welke tools een meerwaarde bieden voor de afdeling en ondersteunt mee in de verdere digitalisering.
  • Je hebt een master denkniveau. Een opleiding binnen Transport & Logistiek is een plus.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar werkervaring, met ervaring in leidinggeven en boekhoudkundige/financiële opvolging. Ervaring binnen luchtvracht is een plus, een sterke interesse is een must.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager, klant- en oplossingsgericht en weet verschillende belangen met elkaar te verbinden.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke boekhoudkundige en cijfermatige kennis en kan financiële gegevens en statistieken analyseren.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, kan overtuigend presenteren en werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je werkt autonoom.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands, Engels en Frans op professioneel niveau.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office, werkt vlot met computers en beschikt over sterke vaardigheden in Excel en PowerPoint.
