The posting

Als Airfreight Forwarder ben je een belangrijk persoon in ons bedrijf. Je hebt dagelijks contact met Logicall klanten om hun luchtvrachtzendingen op een excellente manier te verzorgen. Als klantgerichtheid in jouw bloed zit en je houdt van efficiënt en kwalitatief organiseren en informeren èn je hebt inmiddels een aantal jaren ervaring in luchtvracht expeditie, dan ben jij de persoon die onze klanten blij maakt.

Hoofdtaken:

• Organiseren en afhandelen van luchtvrachtzendingen en alle gerelateerde activiteiten.

Opmaken van bijbehorende documenten;

• Waar nodig aangeven of aan laten geven van goederen bij de Belgische douane na

controle door een douane specialist;

• Professionele communicatie met klanten, buitenlandse agenten, luchtvaartmaatschappijen,

andere afdelingen binnen Logicall Air & Ocean NV en overige stakeholders;

• (Ad hoc) prijs afspraken maken met klanten en leveranciers;

• Op zending niveau problemen oplossen, het klantbelang helder voor ogen houdend;

• Verantwoordelijk voor het gecalculeerd opleveren van zending dossiers (inkoop/verkoop

calculaties);

• Verantwoordelijk voor het accuraat, compleet en correct opleveren van zending dossiers;

• Uitvoering van dagelijkse processen in overeenstemming met geldende Logicall (ISO)

richtlijnen.

Werk- en denkniveau / relevante opleidingen

• Kennis van modernetalen in woord en geschrift, met name de Engelse taal;

• Kennis van logistieke processen m.b.t. weg- en luchtvervoer;

• Kennis van afhandeling van zogenaamde Dangerous Goods (DG)

luchtvrachtzendingen;

Specifieke kennis en ervaring:

• Data processing, goede kennis van Microsoft Office software;

• Met aandacht verwerken van gegevens op documenten in een situatie waarin de gang

van zaken regelmatig wordt onderbroken door telefoongesprekken en dergelijke;

• Werkervaring in / Affiniteit met logistieke dienstverlening is een pré.

• Werkervaring in / Affiniteit met een van de doelmarkten van Logicall Airfreight BV is

een pré. Afhankelijk van de afdeling waar op wordt ingezet.
