Als Algemeen Coördinator van JOETZ vzw bestaat jouw takenpakket uit...

... het nemen van de leiding over JOETZ in nauwe samenwerking met het bestuur, de teamcoördinatoren (staf) en relevante stakeholders. Samen werken jullie aan een sterk JOETZ. Vanuit een helikopterzicht volg je de werking mee op en stuur je bij waar nodig. Je hebt het vermogen om het grote geheel te zien en tegelijk ben je een initiatiefnemer en doener.

… een drijvende kracht van het inhoudelijk beleid. Je vertaalt dit naar de organisatie en volgt het op. Je ondersteunt ons inhoudelijk verhaal met een brede organisatiestrategie (o.a. strategische partnerships, HR, financiële duurzaamheid,

...). Dit gebeurt in nauwe samenwerking met belangrijke stakeholders en binnen het goedgekeurde meerjarenplan van de Vlaamse Overheid. Hierbij ben je eindeverantwoordelijke voor subsidiedossiers en werkingsovereenkomsten.

… als echte people manager met ervaring zorgen voor de nodige structuren waarbinnen medewerkers, vrijwilligers en deelnemers het volle vertrouwen krijgen om zichzelf te ontplooien. Je stuurt de teamcoördinatoren rechtstreeks aan, werkt nauw met hen samen en coacht hen.
