In een internationale en digitale werkomgeving maak je deel uit van een finance‑team dat inzet op betrouwbaarheid, nauwkeurigheid en efficiënte financiële processen. De functie biedt een brede verantwoordelijkheid binnen algemene boekhouding, rapportering en fiscale opvolging.

  • Volledige A‑Z‑verantwoordelijkheid voor de algemene boekhouding van de toegewezen entiteit.
  • Inboeken van aankoop‑, verkoop‑ en bankfacturen.
  • Afpunten van klanten‑ en leveranciersrekeningen.
  • Opvolgen van provisies, afschrijvingen en overlopende posten.
  • Uitvoeren van bankreconciliaties.
  • Deelnemen aan maand‑, kwartaal‑ en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Opstellen van de jaarrekening.
  • Ondersteunen van financiële rapportering en analyseren van rekeningen.
  • Voorbereiden van btw‑aangiften en opvolgen van fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Assisteren bij interne en externe audits.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams en externe partners zoals accountants en auditors.
  • Bachelor of master in boekhouding, finance of gelijkwaardig.
  • 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in algemene boekhouding.
  • Goede kennis van Belgische boekhoudnormen (BE GAAP).
  • Ervaring met ERP‑systemen (SAP, BOB, Exact, …).
  • Sterke kennis van Excel.
  • Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en zelfstandig.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Frans; Engels op professioneel niveau is een pluspunt.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen, betrouwbaarheid en teamgerichtheid.
  • Vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en deadlines te respecteren.
