Functie omschrijving

  • Je beheert verzekeringsdossiers van A tot Z op een zelfstandige en nauwkeurige manier.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en adviseert hen professioneel over risico’s en verzekeringsoplossingen.
  • Je werkt offertes uit en zoekt actief naar de meest geschikte oplossingen voor de klant.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met verzekeringsmaatschappijen en verdedigt de belangen van klanten op een assertieve en correcte manier.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging met oog voor kwaliteit, structuur en detail.
  • Je denkt mee over efficiëntere processen en gebruikt digitale tools vlot in je dagelijkse werking.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, discreet en klantgericht in elke samenwerking.
  • Je communiceert vlot en empathisch, zowel telefonisch als persoonlijk.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt de ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen verzekeringen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt overzicht, ook in drukke periodes.
  • Ervaring in verzekeringen is een troef, maar jouw motivatie, commerciële feeling en ingesteldheid geven de doorslag.
