Onze klant is een gevestigde en financieel stabiele speler binnen de retailsector in de regio Gent. Met een sterke reputatie, een klantgerichte aanpak en een enthousiast team van medewerkers zetten zij dagelijks in op kwaliteit, service en een aangename winkelervaring. Dankzij hun continue groei zijn ze op zoek naar een nieuwe collega om het administratieve team te versterken.

Omschrijving

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van orderbevestigingen en levertermijnen.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over hun bestellingen.
  • Proactief communiceren met klanten, leveranciers en fabrikanten omtrent leveringen, vertragingen en eventuele klachten.
  • Telefonische opvolging van dossiers en klantvragen.
  • Ondersteunen van de kassa- en servicebalie volgens een beurtrolsysteem.
  • Administratief verwerken van omruilingen en klantendossiers.
  • Bij drukke momenten ondersteuning bieden aan het commerciële team.
  • Mee waken over een optimale klantenservice en klanttevredenheid.
  • Beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs of hoger, bij voorkeur met een administratieve of talenachtergrond.
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en heeft een goede basiskennis Frans en Engels.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Is klantgericht, sociaal en diplomatisch ingesteld.
  • Durft initiatief te nemen en kan zelfstandig prioriteiten bepalen.
  • Blijft rustig en oplossingsgericht onder druk.
  • Heeft een positieve ingesteldheid en werkt graag samen in teamverband.
  • Is flexibel inzetbaar binnen een variërend uurrooster.
