Voor onze klant, actief in verkoop en verhuur van machines aan zowel bedrijven als particulieren, zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige en veelzijdige allround administratief bediende. In deze functie word je het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie. Je beheert de volledige planning van de techniekers, verzorgt het onthaal en ondersteunt de dagelijkse administratie van A tot Z. Dankzij jouw overzicht en communicatieve skills zorg je dat alles intern én extern vlot verloopt.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige planning van de techniekers van afspraken inplannen tot klanten contacteren wanneer een interventie uitloopt.
  • Je staat in voor het onthaal van klanten en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt, zowel telefonisch als via mail.
  • Je beheert de website en zorgt af en toe voor een update van informatie.
  • Je verzendt facturen en volgt de facturatie en het debiteurenbeheer nauw op.
  • Je verwerkt inkomende telefoons, mails en vragen omtrent planning en administratie.
  • Je springt waar nodig bij binnen dit klein, hecht team.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en kan goed prioriteiten stellen in een soms hectische werkomgeving.
