Als Allround Administratief Medewerker in Kortrijk zijn jouw taken gevarieerd en uitdagend:

  • Je verwerkt het maatwerkdossier van A tot Z: van binnenkomende bestellingen tot facturatie en opvolging
  • Je beheert en volgt bestellingen en leveringen op
  • Je staat in voor een groot deel van de klantencommunicatie
  • Je ondersteunt administratief bij internationale klanten en distributiepartners
  • Je stuurt actief rappels uit en zorgt dat openstaande betalingen opgevolgd worden
