Voor een stabiele en groeiende KMO in de regio Kortrijk, met een 30-tal medewerkers, zijn we op zoek naar een Allround Administratief Medewerker (m/v/x) met interesse in cijfers.

Ben jij administratief sterk, werk je graag nauwkeurig en heb je interesse in cijfers? Dan is dit misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging. Een financiële of boekhoudkundige achtergrond is absoluut geen must. We zoeken vooral iemand met een juiste ingesteldheid en de motivatie om de verschillende taken stap voor stap aan te leren.

Jouw functie

Je komt terecht in een veelzijdige administratieve functie waarin je onder andere instaat voor:

Klantenbeheer & administratieve verwerking

  • Dagelijks verwerken en inboeken van rekeninguittreksels van verschillende banken.
  • Opvolgen van betalingen en versturen van betalingsherinneringen.
  • Telefonisch en via e-mail contact opnemen met klanten bij foutieve betalingen of achterstallige betalingen.
  • Inboeken en administratief verwerken van aankoopfacturen.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van eventuele klachten van klanten en leveranciers. Communiceren met klanten en leveranciers om tot een geschikte oplossing te komen.
  • Klassement en archivering van financiële en administratieve documenten.
  • Behandelen en beantwoorden van inkomende e-mails.
  • Ondersteunen bij diverse administratieve taken binnen het kantoor.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie kijken we bewust naar een junior profiel. Je hoeft dus geen jarenlange ervaring of financiële opleiding te hebben.

We zoeken vooral iemand die:

  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig is.
  • Graag met cijfers werkt en hier interesse in heeft.
  • Vlot overweg kan met een computer. Een goede kennis van Excel heeft.
  • Niet bang is om telefonisch of per e-mail contact op te nemen met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Nieuwe zaken snel oppikt en bereid is om de financiële administratie verder aan te leren.

Een opleiding of ervaring in boekhouding of finance is niet vereist.

Zowel een gemotiveerde schoolverlater als iemand met een eerste administratieve werkervaring komt in aanmerking.
