Onze klant is op zoek naar een commercieel talent dat energie haalt uit klantencontact en het bieden van oplossingen op maat. Vanuit het depot in Lochristi ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van vragen, bestellingen en offertes.

Omschrijving

  • Klanten professioneel adviseren via telefoon, e-mail en aan de balie.
  • Behoeften van klanten analyseren en passende oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Offertes opmaken en opvolgen.
  • Bestellingen verwerken en correct registreren in het systeem.
  • Inkomende oproepen efficiënt behandelen en proactief klanten contacteren.
  • Klantendossiers en administratieve gegevens nauwkeurig beheren.
  • Ondersteunen bij planning, afspraken en de opvolging van klantvragen of klachten.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren en bijdragen aan de realisatie van teamdoelstellingen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's om een uitstekende klantenservice te garanderen.
  • Beschikt over een eerste relevante ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst-,customer service- ofsalesfunctie.
  • Werkt resultaatgericht en voelt zich comfortabel met KPI's en doelstellingen.
  • Heeft sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bouwt vlot vertrouwen op bij klanten.
  • Denkt oplossingsgericht en blijft rustig wanneer uitdagingen zich voordoen.
  • Is administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Heeft een commerciële ingesteldheid en ziet kansen waar anderen ze missen.
  • Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
  • Kan flexibel schakelen tussen verschillende taken en werkuren.
  • Is een echte teamspeler die graag collega's ondersteunt.
