Als allround begeleider op de High Intensive Care stap jij binnen in een dynamische omgeving vol acute psychiatrische zorg, waar jouw flexibiliteit en inzicht direct hard nodig zijn. Je richt je op volwassenen met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen die tijdelijk intensieve ondersteuning nodig hebben. Je bent een onmisbare schakel in het herstelproces door een veilige haven te bieden. Samen met een gedreven en multidisciplinair team zorg je voor een warme, gestructureerde aanpak waarin de cliënt altijd centraal staat. Jouw werkdag is ontzettend afwisselend en betekenisvol. Je krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende situaties en voert diverse concrete taken uit om cliënten optimaal te ondersteunen tijdens hun kwetsbare hersteltraject, wat zorgt voor een dynamische en leerzame werkomgeving waarin geen enkel uur hetzelfde is. - Het bieden van dagelijkse structuur en persoonlijke begeleiding. - Het nauwkeurig observeren van gedrag en direct signaleren van veranderingen. - Actief meedenken tijdens multidisciplinaire overleggen over passende zorg.
