Hou jij graag de cijfers op orde? Bij Gezel zoeken we een allround boekhouder die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Iemand die niet alleen correct verwerkt, maar ook vragen stelt wanneer iets niet klopt en mee nadenkt over hoe het eenvoudiger of efficiënter kan.

Je komt terecht in ons hoofdkantoor in Buggenhout en werkt nauw samen met de Financieel Directeur en je collega’s. Je krijgt een brede functie met ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, dossiers van A tot Z op te volgen en echt mee te bouwen aan een goed georganiseerde financiële administratie.

Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat onze boekhouding correct, tijdig en overzichtelijk blijft. Concreet:

  • verwerk en controleer je aankoopfacturen, creditnota’s en financiële verrichtingen;
  • verzorg en controleer je de verkoopfacturatie op basis van vorderingsstaten;
  • volg je leveranciers, betalingen en openstaande zaken op;
  • bereid je de btw-aangifte en periodieke afsluitingen mee voor;
  • ondersteun je de Financieel Directeur bij financiële en boekhoudkundige vragen;
  • zoek je verschillen of afwijkingen uit en zorg je mee voor een correcte oplossing;
  • denk je mee na over slimmere en eenvoudigere administratieve processen.

Daarnaast neem je samen met het team enkele ondersteunende administratieve taken op. Denk daarbij aan de gezamenlijke finance-mailbox, fleetadministratie en de opvolging van verzekeringsdossiers. Zo krijg je een brede kijk op onze organisatie en haar dagelijkse werking.

  • Je hebt een opleiding in boekhouding of een bedrijfseconomische richting, of je bouwde gelijkwaardige ervaring op.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, ook wanneer verschillende deadlines samenkomen.
  • Je verwerkt niet zomaar cijfers. Als iets niet klopt, wil je weten waarom.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar stemt vlot af met collega’s.
  • Je neemt initiatief en durft verbeteringen voor te stellen.
  • Je volgt relevante veranderingen in wet- en regelgeving op.
  • Je gaat zorgvuldig en discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je woont in de brede regio Buggenhout en wil graag lokaal aan de slag.
