The posting

Voor onze klant, een grote autogroep met vestigingen over heel België, werven we ter ondersteuning van het team in Genk een carrossier met specialisatie in montage/demontage.

Als carrossier ben je trots op je werk; elke schade is uniek en vereist jouw inzicht en expertise voor herstel.

Jij zorgt voor een kwalitatieve herstelling met de nodige nauwkeurigheid, kennis, techniek en efficiëntie.

Als carrossier sta je in voor:

  • Het zorgvuldig demonteren van beschadigde wagens
  • Beschadigde onderdelen vergelijken met de lijst van bestelde nieuwe onderdelen
  • Ontbrekende nieuwe onderdelen doorgeven aan de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke
  • Ombouwen van componenten van het beschadigd onderdeel naar het nieuwe onderdeel
  • Na de koetswerkherstellingen de wagen terug zorgvuldig monteren met gedemonteerde en nieuwe onderdelen
  • Controle functionaliteiten (rijden, alarmen resetten, inlezen van componenten, veiligheidssysteem ADAS kalibreren) en rijklaar afleveren van de wagen.

Heb je ook ervaring in het voorbereiden van wagens, zal je takenpakket uitgebreid worden met:

  • Het voorbereiden van nieuwe onderdelen
  • Beschadigingen en deuken herstellen op onderdelen van metaal en aluminium
  • Plamuren, uitschuren en reinigen
  • Onderdelen afplakken
  • Grondverf aanbrengen
  • Hanteren van drooginstallaties voor grondverf
  • Je hebt een passie voor wagens en streeft ernaar om telkens weer een pareltje af te leveren
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een opleiding carrosserie genoten of hebt een eerste professionele ervaring achter de rug
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Met jouw positieve attitude zorg je mee voor een enthousiaste en dynamische teamsfeer
  • Je bent in het bezit van een HEV2 en/of Airco certificaat of ben bereid dit te behalen
