Wij zoeken een allround constructiemedewerker Wil jij meebouwen aan spectaculaire installaties voor de zand- en grindwinning? Denk jij graag mee over slimme praktijk oplossingen voor onze machines/werktuigen waarmee de productie processen kunnen vereenvoudigen of verbeteren? Dan zoeken wij jou! Jouw rol als allround constructiewerker: In onze werkplaats in IJzendoorn bouw en onderhoud je samen met een ervaren team de belangrijke constructies voor onze drijvende zandfabrieken en groeves in binnen- en buitenland. Je gaat ook werken op locatie, aan boord van onze schepen, zandfabrieken, zandzuigers en pontons. Jij houdt je bezig met: - Lassen, boren, zagen, snijden en monteren van verschillende onderdelen; - Onderhoud en reparaties uitvoeren op onze schepen, zandzuigers en winwerktuigen; - Afwisseling tussen werk in de werkplaats en uitdagende klussen op locatie, zoals het verplaatsen van werktuigen door nauwe sluisjes en onder bruggen; - Sleutelwerk aan onze machines en werktuigen; - Verbeteringen aanbrengen aan onze apparatuur voor duurzamere en stillere werking. Jouw bijdrage aan een duurzame toekomst: Door jouw werk zorg je ervoor dat wij veilig en efficiënt grondstoffen winnen voor de huizenbouw. Bovendien creëer je een positieve impact op het landschap. Op de locaties waar wij actief zijn, dragen we bij aan nieuwe natuurgebieden, veilige hoogwatervoorzieningen, wandelpaden, en zelfs zonne- en windparken. Wat wij zoeken in jou: - 5 jaar ervaring in de metaal- en/of machinebouw; - Opleiding in metaal en in het bezit van een Rijbewijs B; - Zelfstandigheid en nauwkeurigheid: je werkt zelfstandig en hebt oog voor detail; - Samenwerking en flexibiliteit - je neemt graag initiatief en pakt je rol in het team; - Bereidheid om af en toe buiten normale werkuren te werken als het project daar om vraagt.
