Meteen solliciteren Allround Controller (Longfonds) Wat ga je doen? Longfonds is een groeiende organisatie met een toenemende behoefte aan financiële sturing. Daarom zoeken wij een Allround Controller (32 uur per week) die overzicht creëert, richting geeft en de organisatie vooruithelpt. Als Allround Controller waarborg je de financiële integriteit en transparantie van Longfonds. Je hebt veel autonomie om de financiële processen te versterken en de organisatie verder te professionaliseren. Je bent onder meer verantwoordelijk voor het volgende: - Je stelt nauwkeurige financiële rapporten op, zoals balansen, resultatenrekeningen en kasstroomoverzichten; - Begeleidt en optimaliseert het financiële beleid en adviseert het MT, de RvT en andere stakeholders; - Bent teamleider van Team Finance en zorgt voor richting, coaching en verbinding; - Speelt een actieve rol in de implementatie van het nieuwe CRM-systeem; - Maakt complexe financiële informatie begrijpelijk en toegankelijk voor diverse doelgroepen; - Werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en ziet kansen om processen te verbeteren; - Communiceert helder en werkt graag samen, altijd vanuit de kernwaarden: Optimistisch, Daadkrachtig en Verbindend.
