In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat facturen correct worden verwerkt en betalingen soepel verlopen. Je krijgt een verantwoordelijke financiële rol met veel contact met leveranciers en verschillende interne afdelingen. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever in Heerlen werk je als Allround Finance Medewerker binnen een grote organisatie in de zorg. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte verwerking van inkomende facturen en controleert of deze aansluiten op inkooporders, contracten en geleverde diensten. Ook houd je betaaltermijnen in de gaten en zorg je dat betalingsruns goed worden voorbereid. Klopt een factuur niet? Dan zoek je uit waar het verschil vandaan komt en pak je dit op met de betrokken partijen. Zo zorg je ervoor dat de crediteurenadministratie betrouwbaar en up-to-date blijft. In deze functie heb je regelmatig contact met leveranciers over betalingen, facturen en openstaande vragen. Intern werk je veel samen met collega's van Inkoop, Zorgadministratie en Finance en met verschillende budgethouders. Je controleert openstaande posten en zorgt dat ontbrekende of onjuiste informatie tijdig wordt aangevuld. Hierbij houd je rekening met interne afspraken en geldende wet- en regelgeving. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en actieve manier van werken help je mee om het financiële proces soepel te laten verlopen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Verwerken en boeken van inkomende facturen en zorgen voor een correcte crediteurenadministratie; - Betaaltermijnen in de gaten houden en betalingsruns tijdig voorbereiden; - Facturen controleren aan de hand van inkooporders, contractafspraken en geleverde diensten; - Openstaande posten ...
