Ben jij een Allround GL Boekhouder die graag ownership neemt en energie haalt uit een brede rol binnen accounting? Voor een stabiele, familiale KMO met internationale activiteit zijn we op zoek naar een GL Accountant die mee de financiële werking ondersteunt. Er zijn mogelijkheden om door te groeien en bij interesse om te reizen naar de buitenlandse sites voor ERP-implementaties op finance ter ondersteuning van de Financieel Verantwoordelijke.

Deze onderneming is actief binnen de textielsector en levert toepassingen voor uiteenlopende markten. Het bedrijf combineert een sterke familiale verankering met een internationale structuur en exportgerichte werking.

Jouw functie

Als Allround GL Boekhouder kom je terecht in een compact finance team waar samenwerking centraal staat. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket en zorgt mee voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de boekhouding.

Je werkt mee aan de dagelijkse financiële flow, de maandafsluiting en de wettelijke aangiftes. Daarnaast heb je regelmatig contact met buitenlandse collega's en denk je mee na over optimalisaties, onder meer in het kader van een toekomstige ERP-migratie over de verschillende buitenlandse sites.

Takenpakket

  • Dagelijkse opvolging van treasury en verwerking van rekeninguittreksels;
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betalingen;
  • Inboeken en verwerken van aankoopfacturen;
  • Opvolgen van factuurmatching en rechtstreekse kostenboekingen;
  • Verwerken van Visa-uitgaven;
  • Indienen van btw-aangiftes en intracommunautaire aangiftes;
  • Uitvoeren van maandelijkse afsluitingen, inclusief provisies en diverse boekingen;
  • Verwerken van afschrijvingen en algemene boekhoudkundige verrichtingen;
  • Ondersteunen bij de auditvoorbereiding;
  • Mee bewaken van de volledige boekhoudkundige flow;
  • Opstellen van rapporteringen en Excel-overzichten;
  • Contact onderhouden met internationale collega's;
  • Back-up zijn voor de Group Controller en Financieel Verantwoordelijke.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een achtergrond in boekhouding en beschikt over minstens enkele jaren relevante ervaring;
  • Een goede basiskennis van Frans en Engels is nodig voor de internationale communicatie;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en kan vlot werken met onder meer draaitabellen;
  • Kennis van Navision en/of Business Central is een troef;
  • Ervaring met controlling of consolidatie is een plus, maar geen must;
  • Je bent hands-on, nauwkeurig en werkt graag in team;
  • Je bent voldoende zelfstandig om back-up te bieden binnen een klein finance team.
