Als Allround Medewerker word je een sleutelfiguur binnen de productieafdeling. Je ondersteunt de productieverantwoordelijke in de dagelijkse werking en groeit uit tot een echte productspecialist die alle afdelingen, processen en productielijnen door en door kent.

Dankzij jouw flexibiliteit en betrokkenheid kan je op verschillende afdelingen worden ingezet en zorg je mee voor een vlot productieproces.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Leren kennen van alle productieafdelingen, machines, processen en producten.
  • Inspringen op verschillende productielijnen en afdelingen waar nodig.
  • Ondersteunen van de productieverantwoordelijke bij de dagelijkse organisatie.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers op de werkvloer.
  • Begeleiden van nieuwe collega's tijdens hun opstartperiode.
  • Mee opvolgen van productieplanning en voortgang.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen, storingen of verbeterpunten.
  • Actief meedenken over oplossingen voor productiegerelateerde uitdagingen.
  • Waken over de kwaliteit van producten en processen.
  • Toezien op de naleving van hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Tijdelijk de verantwoordelijkheden van de productieverantwoordelijke opnemen bij afwezigheid.
  • Mee zorgen voor een efficiënte en vlotte werking van de productie.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in een coördinerende of verantwoordelijke rol.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is een sterke troef.
  • Technisch inzicht of kennis van productiemachines is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je kan jezelf goed uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen nemen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en schakelt snel wanneer nodig.
  • Je werkt goed samen met collega's op verschillende niveaus.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten.
