Door de verdere groei van ons kantoor zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren allround medewerker verzekeringen die ons team in Gent komt versterken.

Assurenco is een onafhankelijk verzekerings- en kredietkantoor in Gent. We werken voor zowel particulieren als zelfstandigen en ondernemingen en hechten veel belang aan persoonlijk contact, correcte opvolging en een goede service voor onze klanten.

Jouw functie

Als allround medewerker verzekeringen heb je een gevarieerd takenpakket en ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • het adviseren en begeleiden van klanten inzake verzekeringen;
  • het opmaken en opvolgen van offertes en polissen;
  • het behandelen van wijzigingen en administratieve vragen;
  • het opvolgen van schadegevallen;
  • contacten met verzekeringsmaatschappijen;
  • commerciële opvolging van bestaande en nieuwe klanten;
  • het detecteren van bijkomende verzekeringsbehoeften;
  • de algemene administratieve ondersteuning binnen het kantoor.

Je werkt zowel met particuliere klanten als zelfstandigen en ondernemingen.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die:

  • bij voorkeur reeds ervaring heeft in de verzekeringssector;
  • klantgericht en communicatief sterk is;
  • zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor dossiers;
  • administratief nauwkeurig en georganiseerd is;
  • commercieel ingesteld is zonder het belang van de klant uit het oog te verliezen;
  • vlot met computers en digitale toepassingen kan werken.

Een PCP-attest is een belangrijke troef. Beschik je nog niet over alle nodige attesten, maar heb je wel relevante ervaring in de sector, dan bekijken we graag samen de mogelijkheden.

Kennis van het Turks is een grote meerwaarde, aangezien een deel van ons cliënteel Turkstalig is.

Kennis van bijkomende talen is uiteraard eveneens welkom.
