Als Allround Monteur bij Zwart Techniek, zorg je ervoor dat voor onze producten (noodstroom-units) helemaal klaar zijn om afgeleverd te worden aan de klant. Elke dag werk je met verschillende onderdelen en zorg je ervoor dat alles veilig en volgens specificaties wordt gemonteerd en aangesloten. Je start met het verzamelen van alle onderdelen die je nodig hebt, zoals de generator, radiatoren, luchtroosters, ventilatoren, brandstoftanks, bedieningspanelen en kabels. Daarna check je of alles compleet is voordat je begint met de montage. - Je monteert de generator op de juiste plek in de unit aan de hand van je tekeningen en handleidingen. - Je plaatst lucht- en brandstoffilters voor de motor en generator. Hierbij verbind je leidingen en zet je de filters op de juiste plekken volgens tekening. - Je monteert leidingen om warmte goed af te voeren uit de unit. - Je sluit stroom- en signaalkabels aan op de generator en controleert of de verbindingen veilig zijn. - Je plaatst verlichting in de unit, zodat veilig werken mogelijk is. - Je installeert en sluit bedieningspanelen aan, waarmee je het noodstroomsysteem kunt bedienen. - Je plaatst en sluit sensoren aan die bijvoorbeeld temperatuur, brandstofniveaus en trillingen meten. - Je gebruikt technische tekeningen en handleidingen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle onderdelen goed zijn aangesloten en volgens de instructies werken.
