VAB-Rijschool is dé marktleider in België en begeleidt jaarlijks duizenden leerlingen op weg naar hun rijbewijs.

Om ons team te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en klantgerichte deeltijdse kantoormedewerker voor onze kantoren in Geraardsbergen en Zottegem.

Als kantoormedewerker ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten én collega's.

Onthaal & klantenservice

  • Klanten vriendelijk ontvangen en verder helpen
  • Advies geven over rijopleidingen en rijbewijzen
  • Klanten informeren over de verschillende mogelijkheden bij VAB-Rijschool
  • Beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon, mail en aan het onthaal

Administratie

  • Klanten administratief opvolgen van inschrijving tot rijbewijs
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van inschrijvingen
  • Administratieve dossiers correct en nauwkeurig beheren
  • Online boekingen opvolgen

Planning & organisatie

  • Planning van rijschoolinstructeurs opmaken en opvolgen
  • Wijzigingen en last-minute vragen vlot oplossen
  • Creatief meedenken wanneer de planning moet worden aangepast
  • Flexibel inspringen waar nodig

Communicatie & commercieel

  • Vlotte communicatie met klanten en collega's
  • Kansen herkennen en klanten correct informeren over het aanbod
  • Zorgen voor een professionele en verzorgde uitstraling van het kantoor
  • Meewerken aan een positieve klantenervaring

We zoeken iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, graag met mensen omgaat en het hoofd koel houdt wanneer het druk wordt.

  • Stressbestendig en flexibel
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig
  • Vlot in de omgang met klanten en collega's
  • Zeer goed Nederlandstalig
  • Kennis van het Engels? Mooi meegenomen!
  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring binnen een administratieve functie
  • Ervaring met klantencontact is een plus
  • Je hebt een goed organisatorisch inzicht
  • Je werkt vlot met administratieve systemen
