Op zoek naar afwisselend werk dicht bij huis? Als allround onderhoudstechnieker werk je voltijds in het facilitair onderhoud, in de regio Brugge, Gent, Antwerpen, Hasselt of Leuven.

Je gaat aan de slag bij een werkgever die gebouwen en voorzieningen goed laat functioneren.

Wat je doet

  • Je voert elektrische onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uit, bijvoorbeeld aan verlichting, schakelaars en stopcontacten.
  • Je herstelt of vervangt onderdelen van sanitaire voorzieningen.
  • Je pakt kleine schilderwerken en opfrissingen aan.
  • Je herstelt defecten aan deuren, sloten, meubilair en andere gebouwonderdelen.
  • Je controleert installaties, lost technische mankementen op en rapporteert je werk en aandachtspunten.

Afhankelijk van het project werk je zelfstandig of samen met collega’s, in dagwerk of in een twee- of drieploegensysteem.

  • Techniek zit in je vingers: een technische opleiding of relevante ervaring in facilitair onderhoud, gebouwtechnieken of algemene onderhoudswerken past bij jou.
  • Elektriciteit, sanitair en algemene gebouwtechnieken zijn je vertrouwd, net als onderhouds-, herstel- en kluswerken aan gebouwen.
  • Je houdt van aanpakken, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en analyseert en verhelpt problemen graag zelfstandig.
  • Je werkt klantgericht en professioneel, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en netheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een rijbewijs B.
