Je start direct in de praktijk en leert het proces stap voor stap kennen, voordat je officieel begint met je opleiding. Je werkt met moderne productieapparatuur gericht op het produceren van vaatwastabletten. In de eerste fase ligt de nadruk op begrijpen, meedraaien en verantwoordelijkheid nemen binnen het proces. Daarna bouw je dit uit met een gerichte opleiding. Je ontwikkelt jezelf in: - Het bedienen en controleren van productielijnen - Het signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen in het proces - Samenwerken binnen een productieomgeving - Technisch inzicht en procesmatig denken Het traject ziet er concreet zo uit: - Intake: jouw ambities, niveau en randvoorwaarden worden vastgesteld - Oriëntatie: we bepalen welke rol en route bij jou past - Assessment: inzicht in jouw technische aanleg en leervermogen - Start baan: je begint direct in de praktijk - Na ±3 maanden: start van je operatoropleiding Wat wij vragen Hier moet je scherp blijven: je zoekt geen perfecte operator, maar iemand die het kan worden. Tegelijkertijd moet je ondergrenzen bewaken, anders wordt je uitval te hoog. Wij zoeken iemand die: - Affiniteit heeft met techniek en productieprocessen - Leergierig is en bewust kiest voor een opleidingstraject - Verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zelfstandig kan werken - Bereid is om in ploegendienst te werken - Een mbo-opleiding of ervaring in productie is een pré, maar geen harde eis - motivatie en ontwikkelvermogen zijn doorslaggevend.
