Functieomschrijving Als Allround Procesoperator 5-ploegen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken, aansturen en optimaliseren van complexe productieprocessen. Je werkt afwisselend vanuit de controlekamer en op de productievloer. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en ervaring zorg je ervoor dat de productie veilig, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • Bedienen, controleren en bijsturen van geautomatiseerde productieprocessen vanuit de controlekamer. • Bewaken van productiegegevens en procesparameters met behulp van MES- en SCADA-systemen. • Signaleren, analyseren en zelfstandig oplossen van eerstelijnsstoringen. • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en procesmetingen. • Instellen, ombouwen en optimaliseren van productielijnen. • Verrichten van inspectierondes en licht technisch onderhoud aan installaties. • Actief bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement. • Intensief samenwerken met ...
