The posting

Voor een chemisch bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een allround productiemedewerker.

Je takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:

In de productie:

  • Controleren en klaarzetten van grondstoffen aan de hand van gewicht, batchnummers, hoeveelheden en houdbaarheidsdata.
  • Doseren en mengen van grondstoffen in chemische mengtanks, zowel manueel (zakken van 20–25 kg) als machinaal met pompen of een heftruck.
  • Bedienen en bijregelen van productie-installaties en bewaken van de juiste procesparameters.
  • Zelfstandig bereiden en afwerken van chemische mengsels en nemen van stalen voor kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Afvullen, verpakken en etiketteren van vloeibare producten in verpakkingen.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek met aandacht voor efficiëntie.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van productieorders volgens prioriteit en planning.

In het magazijn:

  • Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens.
  • Orders verzamelen en verzendklaar maken.
  • Communicatie met chauffeurs en administratie.
  • Toepassen van ADR- en CMR-richtlijnen.
  • Controleren en registreren van goederen.
  • Ondersteunen van de magazijnwerking en inspelen op de planning.
  • Je hebt een chemische opleiding gevolgd of ervaring opgedaan binnen een chemische productieomgeving.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor daguren van 8u tot 17u, op vrijdag tot 15u.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en analytisch en behoudt het overzicht over verschillende productieprocessen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig aan de slag, neemt initiatief en respecteert de geldende procedures en productievoorschriften.
  • Je hebt een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn en gaat zorgvuldig om met mogelijke risico’s.
  • Ervaring met een heftruck van 2 tot 2,5 ton is mooi meegenomen. Indien nodig krijg je hiervoor de nodige opleiding.
