The posting

Jij zorgt ervoor dat je productielijn de nodige productie haalt. Je takenpakket bestaat dan ook uit:

  • Uitvoeren van de geplande producties.
  • Instellen en bijstellen van de parameters op de vulmachines en de samenpakkers.
  • Zorgen dat de juiste data in de printers en checkwegers zit (tarra, datum, codering, ...) zowel op pakje, doosje als karton.
  • Zorgen dat de lijn geen stops kent door het verpakkingsmateriaal telkens tijdig aan te voeren en op de machines te plaatsen.
  • Zelf kleine storingen oplossen en bij grotere problemen kan jij aan de shifttechnieker tonen waar de storing zich bevindt.
  • Zelf de kwaliteitscontroles doen op de lijn (juiste rijst, verpakking, gewicht, ..).
  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de hygiëne aan je machines en je lijn.
  • Correct, veilig en kwaliteitsbewust werken.
  • Als je collega aan de naburige lijn problemen heeft, help je hem/haar.

Werkuren:

Je start met een opleiding van 1,5 maand in de dagploeg.

Daarna werk je in een vaste nachtploeg van zondag tot donderdag, telkens van 22:00 tot 06:00.

Jouw Profiel :

  • Je hebt technische feeling en minstens 2 jaar ervaring aan een productie- of inpaklijn
  • Je schrikt niet van de productiedruk om een aantal taken tegelijk uit te voeren
  • Je houdt van zelfstandigheid maar evenzeer help je graag je collega's
  • Werken met voeding is je ding, kwaliteitszorg is je constante zorg
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt de Nederlandse taal zeer goed
