Voor onze speelgoedwinkel Fox & Co (Oostende & Brugge) zoeken we een enthousiaste, creatieve en zelfstandige collega die graag verschillende petjes opzet.

50% winkel / 50% content & marketing

Je bent mee het gezicht van onze winkel en zorgt ervoor dat klanten met een glimlach buitenstappen.

Je taken zijn onder andere:

- klanten adviseren en inspireren

- kassa bedienen en betalingen afhandelen

- winkel aanvullen en netjes houden

- aanvullen en verwerken van leveringen

- cadeautjes inpakken

- meedenken over etalage, winkelpresentatie en acties

- meehelpen tijdens evenementen en workshops

Maar ook duik je in onze creatieve wereld

Voor het Vlaamse Fox & Co netwerk hou je je onder andere bezig met:

- Instagram & Facebook beheren

- Foto's en video's maken in de winkel

- Reels, stories en TikToks maken

- Onze producten en merken op een leuke manier in beeld brengen

- Contentplanning en contentkalender beheren

- Nieuwsbrieven en e-mailmarketing opmaken en versturen

- Acties en campagnes mee uitwerken

- Onze website en online communicatie mee up-to-date houden

- Trends op social media opvolgen en vertalen naar leuke content

Wie zoeken we?

Vooral iemand die zelfstandig, enthousiast en creatief is.

Je:

  • Hebt een vlotte en spontane persoonlijkheid
  • Krijgt energie van klantencontact
  • Hebt een passie voor social media en content
  • Bent niet bang om zelf voor de camera te verschijnen
  • Schrijft vlot en foutloos Nederlands
  • Werkt zelfstandig en ziet werk liggen
  • Bent commercieel ingesteld
  • Hebt affiniteit met kinderen, speelgoed, bordspellen, lifestyle of retail
  • Hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring met Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Canva of e-mailmarketing (mailchimp/brevo)
  • Werkt één zaterdag op twee in onze winkel. De planning wordt tijdig en in overleg opgesteld.

Ervaring in marketing is mooi meegenomen maar motivatie en creativiteit vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.
