Voor een innovatief en gespecialiseerd ombouwersatelier in de regio Pelt zoeken we een kwaliteitsbewuste TIG Lasser / Metaalbewerker. In deze rol werk je aan uniek maatwerk voor de inrichting van premium en exclusieve voertuigen (zoals campers, luxe transport- en sportwagens). Je komt terecht in een groeiend, dynamisch team waar vakmanschap centraal staat. Fouten worden hier constructief aangepakt, je werkt met eigen kwalitatief gereedschap en er is volop ruimte om mee te denken over innovatieve oplossingen.

Jobomschrijving

Als TIG Lasser / Metaalbewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vervaardigen en integreren van metalen constructies in de voertuigen:Uitvoeren van hoogwaardig TIG-laswerk op maat en het perfect nabewerken van de lasnaden.Voorbereiden, nauwkeurig meten, zagen, slijpen, boren en hechten van diverse metalen onderdelen.Vervaardigen en monteren van unieke metaalconstructies op basis van technische plannen en tekeningen.Uitvoeren van algemene metaalbewerkingen en het rechtstreeks integreren van de constructies in de voertuigen.Controleren van afmetingen en de algemene laskwaliteit, met focus op een uiterst propere en nette afwerking.Actief samenwerken met collega's uit het atelier en constructief meedenken over praktische maatwerkoplossingen.

Wij zoeken een nauwkeurige stielman met een passie voor fijn en verzorgd vakwerk:Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met TIG-lassen, metaalbewerking of een gelijkaardige technische functie.Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht, materiaalkennis en kunt technische tekeningen lezen.Je bent breed inzetbaar, flexibel naar verschillende metaalbewerkingen toe en werkt uiterst proper en zorgvuldig.Je bent oplossingsgericht, denkt graag mee over maatwerk en functioneert goed als teamplayer.Je kunt jezelf vlot verplaatsen naar het industrieterrein in Pelt (de locatie is niet bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer).Pluspunt: Ervaring met het bewerken van aluminium, RVS of specifieke voertuigconstructies.
