Im Haus für Senioren Mauerkirchen begleiten wir Menschen im Alter in acht familiären Hausgemeinschaften mit jeweils zehn Bewohner:innen. Unser Konzept setzt auf Selbstbestimmung, Gemeinschaft und individuelle Lebensgestaltung. Als Alltagsmanager:in wirst du Teil des Teams und gestaltest einen Alltag, der sich am normalen Leben orientiert. Eine wohnliche Atmosphäre, interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und die Möglichkeit, Menschen ganzheitlich zu begleiten, machen deinen Arbeitsplatz im Haus für Senioren Mauerkirchen besonders.

Deine Aufgaben

* Unterstützung bei der Basisversorgung

* Hauptverantwortung für hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten (wie Kochen in der Hausgemeinschaft) und Gestaltung der Wohnatmosphäre

* Mitwirken der ganzheitlichen Betreuung der Bewohner:innen

* Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team

Dein Profil

* Mindestens abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heimhelfer:in

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen im Alter

* Hohes Maß an Einfühlungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
