Op Waal 4 zet je jouw vakkennis en ervaring in om kinderen van 9 tot 13 jaar klaar te stomen voor het voortgezet onderwijs. Voor elke leerling wordt een programma op maat gemaakt zodat het op eigen tempo de eigen leerlijnen kan volgen. Jij ontwerpt de

leerlijnen, en zorgt voor de juiste structuur waarin kinderen opbloeien en jij je werk het beste kunt doen. Jij ziet een kind écht en begeleidt het van kind tot puber. Op zo’n manier dat het vol vertrouwen, en met dezelfde kansen als ieder ander, van school

gaat. Ook zelf krijg je ruimte en kansen. Je bouwt mee aan ons vernieuwende schoolconcept, dat nog volop in ontwikkeling is. Met jouw ideeën en ervaring ontwerpen we samen de plek waar kinderen hun ‘sterkste ik’ kunnen worden en jij en je collega’s ook gelukkig

worden. En tegelijkertijd ontwikkel jij jezelf binnen jouw vakgebied.

Functie-eisen

- Ervaring als leerkracht, met stevig didactisch vakmanschap;

- Je denkt vanuit leerlijnen en ontwerpt samen onderwijs;

- Jij ziet een kind echt en sluit aan bij wat het nodig heeft;

- Ervaring met Jenaplan, Montessori en Dalton is een pré;

- Samenwerkingskracht om binnen een TAO onderwijsteam samen verantwoordelijkheid te dragen met leerkrachten en pedagogisch professionals;

- Een ondernemende instelling: jij denkt mee en bouwt mee aan het verwezenlijken van onze visie;

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

- Salaris in LB of LC afhankelijk van je ervaring;

- Pensioenregeling en arbeidsvoorwaarden conform CAO PO;

- Een tijdelijke aanstelling met uitzicht op een vast contract;

- Ontwikkeltraject tot intern begeleider of kwaliteitscoördinator;

- Werken in een betrokken team met collectieve verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie in een TAO-structuur;

- Ruimte om vanuit leerlijnen het (thematisch) onderwijs te ontwerpen en uit te voeren;
