Je ondersteunt bij in-, door- en uitstroom, houdt personeelsdossiers actueel en zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen soepel verlopen. Tegelijkertijd ben je een TOEGANKELIJK aanspreekpunt voor collega's en managers met uiteenlopende HR gerelateerde vragen. Jij krijgt energie van structuur aanbrengen , werkt NAUWKEURIG en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer er meerdere zaken tegelijk spelen. Dankzij jouw proactieve instelling, oog voor detail en kennis van HR weet je precies wat er nodig is om de afdeling optimaal te ondersteunen, processen verder te stroomlijnen en medewerkers een positieve ervaring te bieden.
