Ambulant behandelaar | AMBIT | Persoonlijkheidsstoornissen Mentrum , Amsterdam Vakgebied GGZ/Welzijn Functie Overige beroepen GGZ Branche GGZ Aanstelling Tijdelijk met uitzicht op vast Plaatsingsdatum 30 september 2026 Niveau HBO Ervaring Ervaren Dienstverband Parttime Voor onze cliënten met een Ernstige Psychische Aandoening (EPA) met persoonlijkheidsproblematiek, is Mentrum eind 2024 met een nieuw Adaptive Mentalization Based Integrative Treatment (AMBIT)-team gestart. Werk jij als Ambulant behandelaar/GGZ-Agoog graag op methodische wijze samen met je cliënt, het netwerk en je behandelteam? En heb je ervaring met de doelgroep? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou. Wat ga je doen? Samen met het behandelteam behandel je als key-worker cliënten met complexe psychiatrische en psychosociale problematiek, bij wie de persoonlijkheidsproblematiek op de voorgrond staat. Je werkt binnen het AMBIT kader, waarbij het op een methodische manier samenwerken met de cliënt, je team, het systeem en het netwerk centraal staan. Het AMBIT kader maakt gebruik van de Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT)-theorie en methodiek, en past daarbij ook andere behandelinterventies in. Wat betekent dit voor de client? Je leert je eigen gedrag en dat van anderen beter te begrijpen, wat helpt je problemen en klachten te verminderen en beter hanteerbaar te maken en grip te krijgen op gevoelens van angst en crisisgedrag. Bij AMBIT kijken we niet alleen naar jouw psychische klachten. Maar ook naar de samenwerking met je omgeving.Je omgeving kan bestaan uit familie, vrienden maar ook je zorgnetwerk. Tijdens de behandeling leer je mentaliseren. Als je kunt mentaliseren, begrijp je beter hoe jijzelf en anderen denken. En snap je waarom jij en anderen doen wat ze doen. Je snapt dat gedrag komt door gevoelens en gedachten. En dat jouw acties bepaald gedrag bij anderen kunnen uitlokken.
