Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Ambulanz-, Stationssekretär*in (m/w/d) 39 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit)

Aufgaben

* Administrative Tätigkeiten

* Erfassung von Patient*innenbezogenen Daten

* Kommunikationsanlaufstelle für Anrufe und Informationen zur Organisation für alle Berufsgruppen

* Unterstützung bei der Steuerung der Patient*innen zwischen Pflege und Verwaltung

* Kontrolle und Bestellungen von Material

* Arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team

* Befundschreibung aller Eingriffe und Untersuchungen nach Band, sowie digital

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische*r Verwaltungsassistent*in, Arzthelfer*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen

* Erfahrung in der Patient*innenadministration (Aufnahme, Entlassung, Terminvergabe, Patient*Innenverrechnung etc.) in einem Krankenhaus

* Souveräner Umgang mit medizinischer Terminologie

* Gute EDV- Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office, etc.)

* Genauigkeit, rasche Auffassungsgabe und strukturierter Arbeitsstil

* Freude an einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit

* Belastbarkeit

Das Gesamtjahreseinkommen beträgt - in Abhängigkeit von Ihrer Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung - ab ca. € 32.480,00 (Ambulanzsekretär*in) bzw. ab ca. € 36.753,60 (Stationssekretär*in) brutto p.m. auf Vollzeitbasis inkl. fixer Zulagen. Es besteht je nach Qualifikation Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
