Je voert uiteenlopende chemische analyses uit en draagt direct bij aan de kwaliteit van diervoeders en levensmiddelen. Een veelzijdige functie waarin techniek, nauwkeurigheid en ontwikkeling samenkomen. Wat ga je doen? Als Analist Nat-chemie werk je voor onze opdrachtgever op de afdeling Weende binnen een modern laboratorium. Je voert dagelijks verschillende nat-chemische analyses uit op diervoeders en levensmiddelen. Denk hierbij aan bepalingen van eiwit, vet, vocht, zetmeel, suiker, celstof en as. Daarnaast werk je met geavanceerde analysetechnieken zoals HPLC voor aminozuuranalyses en HPAEC-PAD voor suikeranalyses. Je verwerkt analyseresultaten nauwkeurig en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde testen. Naast het uitvoeren van analyses ben je verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteitscontroles en het onderhouden van laboratoriumapparatuur. Je beheert kwaliteitstaken en signaleert afwijkingen binnen processen en analyses. Binnen deze functie krijg je veel afwisseling en werk je in een energieke omgeving waar ontwikkeling en samenwerking belangrijk zijn. Dankzij de combinatie van analytische werkzaamheden en moderne apparatuur blijf je jezelf continu ontwikkelen binnen het laboratoriumvak.
