Dan is deze rol als FP&A Analyst interessant voor jou. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Als FP&A Analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en consolideren van de financiële resultaten van de labels binnen de groep. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het rapportages rondom de P&L en het cashflowoverzicht. Daarnaast monitor je de gestelde KPI's. Ook maak je rapportages voor het management, de board en investeerders. Je zorgt ervoor dat financiële ontwikkelingen duidelijk worden en geeft advies op basis van jouw analyses. In deze functie werk je zowel op groepsniveau als met de verschillende bedrijven binnen de groep. Ook pak je ad-hoc analyses op en ben je een sparringpartner voor de bedrijven binnen de groep. Hierdoor leer je veel over verschillende bedrijven en krijg je veel inzicht in hoe een groeiende organisatie werkt. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het consolideren en analyseren van de resultaten van de labels binnen de groep; - Daarnaast analyseer je de P&L, cashflow en verschillende KPI's, zoals sales, non-recurring omzet en kosten; - Tevens bereid je business reviews voor en bespreek je de financiële resultaten met de verschillende bedrijven; - Je bent de brug tussen de investeerders en de organisatie met onderandere, boardrapportages en investeerder relatiemanagement. - Ook voer je ad-hoc analyses uit en adviseer je de verschillende bedrijven binnen de groep; - Tot slot ben je een kritische sparringpartner voor het management en schakel je regelmatig met C-level stakeholders.
